Since my best friend isn’t much of a partier (unlike yours truly…) I don’t see her having a typical Bachelorette party…and her future husband is the same way. Since I’m the Maid of Honor, it’s my job to plan this thing so I asked her what she had in mind.

Instead of two separate parties as is usually tradition, she wants to have a big bonfire/pool party at her house with the Bridal party and the Groomsmen. I actually really like this idea. Although I won’t be doing this for mine at all (I’m gonna get crazy!) this fits her perfectly! It’s a great way for all of us to bond before the Big Day so we aren’t strutting down the aisle with a complete stranger.

I just thought I’d share this unique and (slightly more) tame take on the Bachelorette/Bachelor Party tradition.
